What is the cost for FastFingerprints DC’s services?
Answer: Florida Level 2 livescan background checks ($99 with photo, $79 without photo), electronic fingerprint capture for FBI Channeling ($20), indefinite fingerprint storage ($20), and fingerprint card printing ($25 for 2 cards, $10 for each additional card).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), checks, money orders and cash.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
Answer: No. All FastFingerprints locations nationwide accepts walk-ins.
Do you provide fingerprinting for Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia state background checks? Answer: Not via livescan. However, we can provide fingerprint cards to be submitted to those states for state-level background checks.
What happens after I get my fingerprints captured? Answer: Download the FBI Criminal Request application on NBCI’s website. Completely fill out the form and fax or email it to NBCI, to the attention of Fingerprint Capture Unit. Questions regarding the status of your background check should also be directed to NBCI’s corporate office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877.932.2435.
Can I get my fingerprints captured for FBI Channeling if I am not a US citizen? Answer: No. If you are not a United States citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States, you must get fingerprinted on cards and submit your application and fingerprints directly to the FBI.
